Join Us for Our 69th Annual Training Conference

Registration is now open for our 2026 Annual Training Conference: Resilience!

Join us May 12–13 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus for an energizing two-day event designed to bring us together to explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and showcase the resilience that defines human services professionals.

What We’ve Planned to Power Your Resilience:

• Monday Membership Events (Invitation Only): Prior to the conference kickoff, join us Monday afternoon for our quarterly membership meeting, followed by a member-only hospitality hosted by Member Engagement.

• Keynote with Drew Dudley: An engaging opening session Tuesday will remind us resilience is built not only in moments of crisis, but in everyday choices. You may remember his lollipop moment TED Talk, viewed by millions worldwide. Members will continue the momentum after lunch with a dedicated breakout session.
  
  
• 60+ Breakout Sessions: Covering 11 training tracks these sessions offer an invaluable in-person training opportunity to help empower county teams in their day-to-day work, while also offering practical tools to help you build, sustain, and strengthen resilience in your county.
  
  
• An Opportunity to Network: Connect with colleagues, standalone agencies, and community partners facing the same challenges and opportunities you do – because resilience grows when we work together. We encourage you to extend these invitations!
  
  
• County-Themed Basket Raffle: A fan-favorite tradition celebrating the unique character and strength of each county. Let Becca know if you’d like to donate, and bring your basket to the registration or help desks at the conference.
  
  
• Free Attendance: Each county JFS agency receives two free registrations, applied to the highest-rate registrations after the conference. We want to make sure members can take full advantage of the conference without cost being a barrier.
