ABOUT THE 2ND ANNUAL
Event Info & App Access
The symposium is paperless. Our event app puts everything you need right at your fingertips, from schedules and rooms to handouts and FAQs. We encourage you to download the event app in advance, as it will be your go-to resource throughout the event.
Location & Parking
Dates: Tuesday, August 18 & Wednesday, August 19
Location: Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris (1st Floor)
Address: 409 Altair Pkwy, Westerville, OH 43082
Parking: Free parking available in the hotel lot
Hotel Confirmation
If you requested a hotel reservation, it has been made and will be paid for by the association, as the rate is included in your registration fee.
Please note: You will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in. This card will not be charged unless incidentals are incurred during your stay.
You should have received confirmation directly from the Renaissance hotel.

Onsite Registration
Proceed to the registration line corresponding to your last name in the Admiral Ballroom Foyer to receive your badge and swag bag.
Registration opens Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:15 AM.
Attending both days? You only need to register once.
Meals
Tuesday: Light breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon refreshment break, and networking reception
Dinner is on your own. Polaris offers a wide variety of nearby dining options.
Wednesday: Buffet breakfast and lunch
What to Wear
The dress code is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers as room temperatures vary.
Networking Reception
Close out day one with a relaxed networking reception on the Renaissance patio!
